When I first met Joanne I was in a state of loss and confusion. After a few sessions, I could already notice an increase and grounding of my focus. She encourages and inspires me to make the life changes I think about practicing. She teaches at her students' pace with a calm and steady voice, and openly learns as much from them as they do from her. She is a true and caring teacher of yoga, meditation, and is a therapeutic conversationalist as well. I am very grateful for the calmness and friendship that Joanne has brought into my life.

Namaste, Trevor
